There has been a developing story in the digital marketing news world since the beginning of 2021 that has got a lot of digital agency owners quite concerned with two platforms that they, and their clients, have become quite familiar with using on a daily basis.
It was announced in late January 2021, that some of the personal data of many WhatsApp users may become accessible by the Facebook platform. This comes at a time when WhatsApp is expanding its digital marketing advertising features to include paid advertising to its users. This would align quite neatly with Facebook’s already considerable and successful paid advertising platform.
