Word of Mouth Marketing for a Digital Agency. Is this how you get all your business? Did you know that 100% of digital agency owners who have told me the get all their business from “word of mouth”, had a second job.
If you want to have a successful digital agency that survives long term, and makes you meaningful profit, your business development MUST be fueled by more than just word of mouth marketing.
If you are relying on just word of mouth, my assumption would be that you are not even “doing word of mouth”, rather you are just waiting on others who may or may not send you a referral.
